The office will legally represent your esteemed self in all cases, disputes, and financial claims, whether the dispute is initiated by you or by others, during the contract period, as follows:

• Attending on your behalf and representing you before all governmental and judicial authorities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or abroad, across all levels and types of jurisdictions.

• Drafting police reports, statements of claim, legal memoranda, objection and appeal submissions, and all required documents in a scientific and systematic manner, ensuring precision to safeguard the company's interests. Working to recover your financial dues from others through all available legal means, whether within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or abroad.

• Taking all necessary enforcement actions to execute judicial rulings in your favor regarding financial claims, arbitration awards, and enforceable instruments against others until they are fully recovered on your behalf.
